Carolyn started with Century 21 Real Estate Champions upon completion of her real estate education and licensing over 10 years ago. Living in Seminole since 1980 and being a property investor and manager, has given her extensive knowledge of the Pinellas County Market.  Areas of experience are Seminole, Largo, St. Petersburg, Clearwater and the beaches.  She also enjoys working with her fellow parishioners at her church and is certified as a "Mature Moves" specialist.

Being a baby boomer and realize that he mature adult population is expected to exceed 65 million by 2020, I feel it best to address the considerations and solutions that will arise for me and my age group at retirement.

A graduate of St. Petersburg College, Carolyn is married with 2 children in their 20's, enjoys sailing, hiking, and making pottery.  "It's interesting to see the neighborhood children grow up to become productive adults and looking for their first homes.  I enjoy helping them in the experience of their purchase, always an exciting adventure for a first time home buyer.
